Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to prevent delays.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
